💰 Booking conditions

• 🔐 Deposit: 30% upon confirmation

• ⏳ Balance: due 10 days before check-in (must be received)

• ⚠️ Last-minute bookings (less than 10 days): full payment required in advance

Once payment is received:

🧾 Tourist tax

• 💰 €6 per person, per night

• 💵 Payable in cash at check-in

• 📄 Not included in the accommodation price

• ⚖️ Any exemptions apply according to local regulations

❌ Cancellation policy

• ✔️ Free cancellation within 5 days from deposit payment

• ❌ After 5 days: deposit is non-refundable

• 🚫 No-show: full stay amount may be charged

• 💳 Payment processing fees will be retained
